America's Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Third Brigade, Inc., the Ottawa, Ontario-based leader in server and application protection for dynamic datacenters, has been sold to Trend Micro Incorporated (TSE:4704), a global leader in Internet content security, focused on securing the exchange of digital information for businesses and consumers. Financial terms were not disclosed. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul, America's acted as sole financial advisor to Third Brigade.
