SpectorSoft Corporation, a provider of computer and Internet monitoring software for consumers and small businesses, secured a private placement investment from new investors HarbourVest Partners and WestView Capital Partners. With a team led by Ben Howe and Rudy Minar, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to SpectorSoft.
