(SiteScape), a Maynard, MA-based developer of collaboration software, has been acquired by one of its key go-to-market partners, Novell, Inc. (Nasdaq: NOVL), a developer of infrastructure software for Open Enterprise. The melding of the two firms creates the industry's clear leader in open, enterprise-strength collaboration and social networking offerings. With a team led by Fred Joseph, America's acted as sole financial advisor to SiteScape.
