AGC Partners Advises Prospectiv in its Sale to Affinion Group

America’s Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Prospectiv Direct, Inc., a pioneer in online performance marketing and operator of Eversave.com, has agreed to be sold to Affinion Group, Inc., a global leader in customer engagement solutions. The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2011. With a team led by Ben Howe, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Prospectiv.
