AGC Partners Advises Oco on its Sale to Deloitte
Transaction Details
Oco, Inc., a provider of enterprise-class software-as-a-service solutions for business intelligence and business analytics, has been acquired by Deloitte, LLP, a provider of audit, tax, consulting and financial advisory services. The acquisition is part of Deloitte’s aggressive plan to accelerate its path to market in managed analytics. With a team led by Fred Joseph, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Oco.
