AGC Partners Advises Netcordia on its Sale to Infoblox
Transaction Details
America’s Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Netcordia, Inc., a leading independent provider of Network Configuration & Change Management (NCCM) tools, has been sold to Infoblox Inc., a provider of solutions that integrate, distribute, and manage core network services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Infoblox becomes a leader in each of its target markets, gains sufficient global scale to compete with larger vendors and adds world-class management and engineering expertise that will be critical in positioning Infoblox for continued success in both the DDI and NCCM markets. With a team led by Fred Joseph, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Netcordia.
