America's Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Evolutionary Technology International ("ETI"), an Austin, TX based provider of enterprise data integration solutions, has been acquired by Versata Enterprises, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trilogy Software. With a team led by Fred Joseph, AGC acted as sole financial advisor to ETI.
