Enterprise Mobile, Inc., a provider of outsourced mobility services, has been acquired by Intermec, Inc. (NYSE: IN), a provider of wired and wireless automated identification and data collection (AIDC) products and services for rugged environments. This acquisition accelerates Intermec's mission to be the leading provider of rugged mobile business solutions by extending its comprehensive hardware, software and lifecycle services for enterprise mobile applications including the ability to extend those services to the non-rugged market. With a team led by Ben Howe, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Enterprise Mobile.
