AGC Advises Dental Intelligence on Its Strategic Growth Investment From Providence Strategic Growth and Blue Star Innovation Partners

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Dental Intelligence, the leading dental workflow management and business intelligence platform, announced that it has received a strategic growth investment from Providence Strategic Growth (“PSG”) and Blue Star Innovation Partners. This partnership will enable Dental Intelligence to further accelerate its market penetration in the dental business intelligence, analytics, and AI space, and rapidly scale the Company’s vertical software and payments solutions. Shortly after, Dental Intelligence completed an acquisition of innovative patient engagement solutions provider Modento, supported by Dental Intelligence’s shareholders – PSG, Blue Star Innovation Partners, and K1 Investment Management. With a team led by Ben Howe, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Dental Intelligence in its partnership with PSG and Blue Star.
