AGC Partners Advises Conduit Labs in its Sale to Zynga

America’s Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Conduit Labs, Inc., a Boston-based developer of online social games, has been sold to Zynga, the world’s largest social game developer. The Conduit Labs office will become Zynga Boston, a new game studio focused on new product development, and the Conduit Labs team will be immediately integrated into Zynga’s workforce. The acquisition expands Zynga's studio operations by adding to locations already in San Francisco, Austin, Baltimore, Bangalore, Beijing and Los Angeles. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. With a team led by Jon Guido, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Conduit Labs.
