AGC Partners Advises Cedar Point Communications on its Sale to GENBAND

America’s Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Cedar Point Communications, Inc., a leading provider of VoIP and multimedia service delivery solutions, has agreed to be sold to GENBAND, a leading supplier of IP multimedia application and infrastructure products and services for fixed wire line, mobile, and cable network service providers. GENBAND and Cedar Point currently hold the top two shares of the worldwide cable VoIP market, and GENBAND will benefit from the acquisition by consolidating Cedar Point’s valuable domestic and international accounts to its existing customer base. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. With a team led by Ben Howe, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Cedar Point Communications.
