Zach is a Vice President at AGC Partners based out of the firm’s New York office. In his 5 years at AGC, Zach has advised on 20+ closed transactions valued at over $2B, ranging from sell-side M&A to equity financings. Zach has been a part of deal teams spanning a broad sector base within the technology landscape, having spent most of his time in PropTech, Digital Media / Marketing, Vertical Software, HCIT, and Cybersecurity. Zach holds a B.S in Hotel Administration from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University, where he also received a minor in Information Science from the College of Engineering.
Zach was born and raised outside of Boston but currently resides in downtown Manhattan. In his free time, Zach enjoys golfing, skiing, traveling, and eating. Despite living in enemy territory, Zach is a die-hard Boston sports fan: Patriots, Celtics, Red Sox, Bruins.
