AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Auction Mobility, the leading provider of white-label auction software, has been acquired by Auction Technology Group, a portfolio company of TA Associates. With a team led by Ben Howe, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Auction Mobility. Auction Mobility will join Proxibid, BidSpotter, and Wavebid as ATG's brands in North America and will enable ATG to serve the auction market in new and innovative ways.
