AGC Partners Advises Zscaler on its Financing led by Lightspeed Venture Partners

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Zscaler, a cloud security company, has completed a $38 million investment round with a strategic partner and Lightspeed Venture Partners. The Company, previously funded exclusively by internal investment, will use the new funding to accelerate its go-to-market strategy with expanded sales and marketing, and further develop its cloud security offering with a high emphasis on mobility. With a team led by Ben Howe, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Zscaler.
