AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Vertro, Inc. (NASDAQ: VTRO), a leading provider of Internet homepage and toolbar products, has merged with Inuvo, Inc. (AMEX: INUV), a pioneer in Internet software and analytics technology solutions. With a team led by Ben Howe, AGC Partners provided a fairness opinion to the Board of Directors of Vertro and acted as sole financial advisor to Vertro.
