This is the 13th transaction that AGC has completed with a private equity buyer or platform company in the last twelve months, reflecting the overall surge in financial sponsor buyer activity across the tech M&A landscape.With a team led by Fred Joseph, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to TITUS.
