AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Sweepatic, a European leader in External Attack Surface Management, has agreed to be acquired by Outpost24,a portfolio company of Vitruvian Partners. The acquisition will add best-in-class EASM capabilities to Outpost24's full product stack of Cyber Threat Environment solutions and will serve as a crucial pre-sales tool to drive new leads, particularly across the Application Security product suite. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul and Sean Tucker, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Sweepatic.
