AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Smart Destinations, a leading provider of attractions marketing and ticketing, has been acquired by Big Bus, a leading global provider of sightseeing bus tours. This acquisition will allow the combined entity to cross-sell their products to new and existing customers to improve their travel offerings and enhance customer experience. With a team led by Jon Guido, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Smart Destinations.
