AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client SecMaker, a leading Nordic provider of certificate based security solutions, has been acquired by Pointsharp, a portfolio company of Main Capital Partners. With this acquisition, Pointsharp will strengthen its security solutions product portfolio and become a leading Swedish software provider for the security segment with more than 1,200 customers.
