AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Searchmetrics, backed by Holtzbrinck Digital, Verdane Capital, and Iris Capital, a leading provider of organic search, software, and solutions, has been acquired by Conductor, LLC. The acquisition will create a global leader in organic SEO, merging the European Leader with Leading US Enterprise vendor in the space to create a global powerhouse. With a banking team led by Fred Joseph, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Searchmetrics.
