AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, rPath, a provider of next-generation system automation technologies, has been acquired by SAS, the leader in business analytics software and services. By acquiring rPath, SAS can better automate the setup and management of SAS solutions in any virtual environment and increase their cloud and on-demand domain expertise needed to support customers tapping into those areas. With a team led by Jeff Becker, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to rPath.
