AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, QED Financial Systems, Inc., a provider of investment accounting software, data management and outsourced investment accounting services, has been acquired by Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., the leading provider of investor communications and technology-driven solutions for broker-dealers, banks, mutual funds and corporate issuers globally. With a team led by Dennis Rourke and Elena Marcus, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to QED.
