AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Posti Group Corporation, Finland's leading postal and logistics service provider, has completed the sale of OpusCapita Solutions, its fully owned subsidiary and a leading provider of digital solutions and transaction processing for source-to-pay, cash management, and product information management, to Providence Equity Partners, a premier global asset firm with over $40 billion in aggregate capital commitments, pending approval by the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt). With a team led by Ben Howe and Sean Tucker, AGC acted as sole financial advisor to Posti Group.
