AGC Partners Advises PivotLink on its Sale to SmartFocus

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, PivotLink, a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) retail analytic applications, has been sold to SmartFocus, the leading European provider of online relationship marketing solutions. This is the 8th SaaS deal and the 5th analytics deal that the software team at AGC has completed in the last three years. Under the terms of the agreement, SmartFocus purchased 100% of the equity of PivotLink current shareholders, payable in cash. With a team led by Fred Joseph, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to PivotLink.
