AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Lumeta, a next-gen cybersecurity situational awareness and network visibility platform, has been acquired by FireMon, a portfolio company of Insight Venture Partners. The acquisition of Lumeta will serve to broaden FireMon's existing security offering by providing enhanced network visibility and situational awareness. With a team led by Russ Workman and Ben Howe, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Lumeta.
