AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, LiveLOOK, a leading provider of screenshare and HTML Co-Browse solutions, has agreed to be acquired by Oracle Corporation. This deal adds to the 8 SaaS deals closed by the AGC software team over the past three years, and represents AGC's third deal with Oracle in the last 5 years. With a team led by Fred Joseph, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to LiveLOOK.
