AGC Partners Advises Livedrive on its Sale to j2 Global

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Livedrive, a leading London-based provider of cloud storage and online backup solutions in the U.S. and UK, has agreed to be acquired by j2 Global. j2 Global has purchased 100% of the equity of Livedrive’s current shareholders, payable in cash. With a team led by Ben Howe, AGC Partners served as sole financial advisor to Livedrive.
