AGC Partners Advises Litmus on its $49M Growth Financing by Spectrum Equity

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Litmus Software, Inc., a leading provider of email marketing solutions, has completed a $49 million growth financing round from Spectrum Equity. With a team led by Ben Howe and Linda Gridley, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Litmus.The investment from Spectrum will allow Litmus to remain a leader in the industry and bring the next generation of email design and analytics tools to marketers. The funding will also support the Company’s international expansion, and help fulfill Litmus’s vision to give every commercial email marketer the ability to send a beautiful email, everywhere, every time.
