AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, LiquidFrameworks, a leading mobile field operations management solutions company specializing in the energy industry and a portfolio company of Luminate Capital, has been acquired by ServiceMax, a portfolio company of Silver Lake Partners. The acquisition enables ServiceMax to expand its field service management solutions to meet the unique challenges of the energy sector.
