AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Klevu, a leading global eCommerce discovery platform, has agreed to be acquired by Searchspring, a portfolio Company of PSG. This combination brings together AI-driven product discovery, on-site search, personalization, merchandising, and multi-channel product syndication into a single, integrated platform rebranded as Athos Commerce, allowing eCommerce professionals to improve the online shopping experience and optimize revenue. With a banking team led by Linda Gridley and Eric Davis, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Klevu.
