AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client Fixflo, UK's leading provider of property repairs and maintenance software, has agreed to be acquired by Aareon, a portfolio company of Advent International. By acquiring Fixflo, Aareon adds a best-in-class SaaS solution that connects property managers, owners, tenants and contractors on a dedicated SaaS platform for repairs and maintenance management and comprehensively optimises business processes. Fixflo will continue to operate as an independent company but as a part of the Aareon family. With a team led by Sean Tucker, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Fixflo.
