AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Criteria Corp, the premier provider of predictive analytics solutions for employment, has received a $56 million strategic investment from Sumeru Equity Partners. This partnership will enable Criteria to further its accelerating market penetration of proprietary aptitude, personality and skill tests – all of which provide relevant and objective data to HR departments across a wide variety of industries in making more informed hiring decisions. With a team led by Jon Guido, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Criteria Corp.
