The acquisition of Codeship will expand CloudBees' existing offering to serve a growing segment of the market that is demanding easy to use, SaaS-delivered Continuous Integration and Delivery solutions. With a team led by Scott Card, AGC Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Codeship.
