AGC Partners Advises Cloud Cruiser on its Sale to Hewlett Packard Enterprise

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Cloud Cruiser, a leading provider of cloud consumption analytics software that enables customers to manage and optimize public, private and hybrid cloud usage and spend, has been acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The acquisition will further strengthen HPE's Flexible Capacity offering and broader Technology Services Portfolio through Cloud Cruiser's established IT consumption management platform. Together, HPE and Cloud Cruiser will provide Flexible Capacity solutions to help IT organizations spend less time on day-to-day operations and more time on innovation. With a team led by Scott Card, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Cloud Cruiser.
