AGC Partners Advises AirPatrol on its Sale to Sysorex

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, AirPatrol, a developer of location-based cybersecurity and commercial services for mobile devices, was acquired by Sysorex for $30 million -- consisting of $10 million in stock, $10 million in cash, plus up to an additional $10 million in earnout. With a team led by Russ Workman, AGC Partners served as sole financial advisor to AirPatrol.
