AGC Partners Advises Trellia on its Sale to WYSE
Transaction Details
Trellia Networks Inc., a pioneer in cloud-based mobile device management (MDM) solutions, has been sold to Wyse International, Inc., a provider of thin client computing products and solutions. The transaction complements Wyse’s cloud offerings, enabling IT administrators to control the growing number of smartphones and tablets used by enterprises. In addition, Trellia provides Wyse with a substantial Canadian presence and portfolio of customers. With a team led by Rudy Minar, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Trellia.
