AGC Partners Advises Systech Integrators in its Sale to ACS

(NYSE: ACS) for a purchase price of $65 million plus contingent payments based on future financial performance. ACS, a global Fortune 500 provider of business process outsourcing and information technology solutions with roughly $5 billion in annual revenues, will leverage this acquisition to increase its stronghold as a leading provider of SAP-based solutions. In addition, ACS will further solidify its market position with Fortune 1,000 and mid-market companies as well as enhancing its BPO offerings and offshore-based consulting services specific to SAP solutions. Systech has long been a premier partner of SAP America, and ACS will build on Systech's success in shaping what is considered SAP's most responsive and resourceful consulting alliance.
