AGC Partners Advises Air Defense on its Sale to Motorola

America’s Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, AirDefense, Inc., a provider of wireless security and monitoring solutions, has announced its sale to Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MOT), a provider of wireless and broadband communication products. The transaction is expected to be completed in the next few months, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. With a team led by Ben Howe, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to AirDefense.
