Sean is Managing Director and Head of Europe at AGC Partners. He focuses on software technologies and has advised on transactions that range from sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates to debt and equity recapitalizations. He has led deal teams spanning a broad sector base within software, including Vertical SaaS, DevOps, Cyber Security, C-Suite and PropTech. Prior to joining AGC, Sean worked in the Financial Services Office at Ernst and Young where he focused on advisory services for private equity clients.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College and a Masters in Accounting from Olin Graduate School of Business.
