Patrick is a Vice President with AGC Partners out of the Firm’s New York office. Patrick has 5 years of experience in technology focused investment banking having joined AGC as an Analyst. Patrick has advised on over 15 closed sell-side M&A transactions representing over $3B in cumulative deal value, across a broad sector base within software. Patrick has significant cross-border deal experience having served in both AGC’s US and European offices. Patrick holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics, Summa Cum Laude, from Trinity College (Connecticut).
Patrick is originally from Scotland and enjoys watching soccer and playing tennis and squash in his free time.
