Mike Parker

Partner - Chicago/Las Vegas

Mike joined AGC Partners in 2017 as Head of the Chicago Office. Over the course of his career, Mike has closed more than $20 billion in transactions. His sector focus areas include HR/Work Software, HCIT, Application Software, and Infrastructure/Cloud, among others. Mike is a seasoned M&A and growth capital adviser with experience advising and executing transactions for technology leaders from Fortune 500 members to high-growth bootstrapped and venture backed startups. Previously, he was an M&A banker with Lazard and Vice President and Head of Business Operations at SuccessFactors, which sold to SAP for over $3.6 billion. Prior to that he was a tech/software investment banker with Barclays Capital in Menlo Park, CA.

Mike holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
