Joe is a Managing Director based in AGC Partners’ London office, focusing on software transactions across Europe. Joe has spent his career working with founder-led and sponsor-backed enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies. Joe’s completed transactions span various sub-sectors, including C-Suite, DevOps, Supply Chain and Vertical Market Software.
Prior to joining AGC, Joe was at GP Bullhound where he led engagements in the software and digital services areas. Joe is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds an MSc in Finance and a BA in Economics from Durham University.
