Dennis Rourke

Dennis is a Partner at AGC Partners, focused on the supply chain software and financial technology sectors. He brings more than 25 years of experience in investment banking to his role at AGC and has been a partner with the firm since it was founded in early 2003. Prior to joining AGC, Dennis served as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Software Group at Bank of America Securities and was also a founding member of Montgomery Securities' East Coast technology group. With over 80 completed transactions, Dennis has executed more than $4 billion in M&A and capital raising deals, primarily for software companies. Previously, Dennis was an investment banker at Cowen & Company, First Albany Corporation and the Bank of Boston. Dennis holds an M.S. in Finance and International Management from the MIT Sloan School and an M.A. in German Literature from the Johannes Gutenberg Universität. He received his B.A. in English from Middlebury College.

Hobbies & Interests

In his spare time you will find Dennis in the mountains - back country skiing the Presidential steeps, mountain biking the North East, and hiking in the Adirondacks, Greens and Whites.
