This acquisition is extremely positive for SilverBack and our partners. Dell is committed to building a channel strategy around services, which is why they acquired SilverBack. Clearly, we will now have significantly more resources to enhance our technology, channel support, and end-user demand for our channel. AGC helped us to understand all other opportunities available to us in the market and to ultimately focus, project manage, and close on the right opportunity for us.
