When the FRS shareholders decided to review their strategic options for the business they had a number of criteria for selecting an investment banker.

The banker had to be familiar with FRS's vertical market and with likely interested parties in both the European and North American markets. Given FRS would only get one shot at the process we also wanted the process 'partner led.'
