AGC Partners Advises OnForce on its Sale to Adecco Group

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, OnForce, a leading provider of technology-enabled workforce solutions, has been acquired by Adecco Group, the world's leading provider of HR solutions. OnForce will be merged with Adecco's subsidiary, Beeline, a provider of software solutions for sourcing and managing the extended workforce. Combining Beeline vendor management system with OnForce freelancer management system will give customers unprecedented access to both their trusted supply chain and their network of highly skilled, carefully vetted and correctly classified independent contractors (freelancers) through one cloud-based solution. With a team led by Jon Guido, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to OnForce.
