America’s Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, InternetSafety.com, a leading provider of web filtering solutions for consumers and businesses, has been acquired by McAfee, the largest dedicated security software provider in the world. InternetSafety.com will become part of McAfee’s Consumer, Mobile, and Small Business division and will provide McAfee with the technology and domain expertise to develop and deliver online family protection to additional markets, platforms, devices and partners. With a team led by Ben Howe, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to InternetSafety.com.
