America's Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, ConsumerPowerline, a full service strategic energy asset management firm and one of the largest providers of demand response solutions in the United States, secured $17 million in Series A Convertible Preferred financing from new investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Expansion Capital, Schneider-Electric, The New York City Investment Fund and Consensus Business Partners Group. With a team led by Jon Guido, America's Growth Capital acted as exclusive placement agent for ConsumerPowerline.
