Partner - Boston / Silicon Valley
Scott is a partner at AGC Partners, focused on Enterprise Infrastructure, including, Cloud Infrastructure, Big Data, Storage, and Security. Scott leverages 20+ years of investment banking experience and joined AGC in 2003 as one of the firm’s founding team members. He spent the first 8 years at AGC’s Boston office, and relocated to the Bay Area to establish the firm’s Silicon Valley office from 2011-2015. Scott currently operates primarily out of the firm’s headquarters in Boston but remains active in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining AGC Partners, Scott was part of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown's Technology Investment Banking Group in Boston. Scott began his investment banking career in New York in the early 1990s as an Analyst at the Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch and Associate in the M&A Group at SBC Warburg. Scott received an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
Scott lives in Wenham, MA with his wife Aime and two children Catherine and Wesley, and when he is not working on transactions, enjoys skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, attending Boston sports events and watching live music.
