The CRM market has grown exponentially over the past decade to become the enterprise software market leader. By the end of 2016, CRM is expected to surpass ERP as the highest grossing software sub segment in terms of revenue, and is forecast to reach $36.5B by 2017. In our first iteration of this CRM Insight, we highlight the Sales Engagement Tools segment.
